Diptyque, Eau de Lierre Eau de Toilette

A few years earlier, Desmond Knox Leet, Christiane Gautrot and Yves Coueslant created an ivy scented candle.  They loved its fresh fragrance, its sharp notes and sweet bitterness.

Diptyque's Eau de Lierre conjures up a painter's studio near the sea, overlooking a flowery and luxurious English garden that grows wilder as it leads down toward the cliffs.  Near a pond, the ivy creeps over a wall and reveals a Roman warrior's head.  Sweet memories are evoked, reminiscent of Desmond's paintings.

Ivy, so dear to them, lies at the heart of Diptyque's Eau de Toilette.
