Shipping & Returns Policies for Aromatherapy

AROMA-ESSENTIALS RETURN POLICY
Aroma-essentials.com will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. We cannot without exception accept returns on used or opened items, as we guarantee the authenticity, purity, and freshness of the products we sell. There will be a fifteen dollar restocking fee for all items returned. Certain personal items, holiday items, clearance and special items (percentage off discounts, promotions) are considered final sales.

For orders shipped in the US under $60, shipping will be $9.95. For orders shipped to Canada & Mexico, shipping will be $19.90. For order shipped internationally, shipping will be $24.95.
